WESCO Adds Engineering Design for Customer Base

With the recent acquisition, WESCO has added on-site engineering department with engineering design experience in the excess of over 45 years. Specializing in fluid power design, hydraulic part and valving design, the new WESCO engineering team reduces customer costs by increasing rapid prototyping from design to PPAP approval. “Drop in” 3D modeling is just an example of the WESCO engineering capabilities.

WESCO Acquisition Offers More to its OEM Customers

Through the recent acquisition of WESCO, the new ownership team has added: engineering design capabilities, global sales staff support and larger machining capabilities with additional manufacturing capacity. Thereby, assisting in increasing customer rapid prototyping, adding engineered quality, aiding vendor consolidation, and reducing delivery lead times.

WESCO Adds Product Lines and Testing

With the addition of fluid power engineering design experience and additional machining capabilities, WESCO is able to offer additional product line experience. Including but not limited to: cylinder design, hydraulic rotary manifold design, block manifold design and valving design applicable to a number of different industries. In addition, WESCO has added a testing capability with serialization for complete product traceability.
